Is this racist? Well, clumsy maybe but...
The European Commission decides to produce 'daring' videos and, for once, I will not be the one criticising... you be the judge.

I can only imagine the creative team dreaming this up, but then actually somebody must have signed off on budget and production and be convinced creating this made any sense...
Maybe part 2 will have the polish painter, the romanian gypsy and the turkish kebab salesman... :)
